While we do not collect personal data directly from you, the Signature Catering app allows you to enter and manage business-related information, including:

Sales inquiries based on events or occasions.
Event details (event name, date, time, and location).
Menu details created for clients (which may be exported and shared as PDF).
Vendor assignments and messages sent to vendors regarding event requirements.
Vendor attendance records (with attendance links and uploaded images).

This data is entered and managed by you (the user) for the sole purpose of running your catering business. Signature Catering does not use, sell, or share this data for any other purpose.

3. Vendor Communication

When you assign vendors to events through the App:

Vendors may receive event-related messages, including event date, time, location, and instructions.
Vendors may access the attendance registration link and optionally upload attendance images.
This information is shared only between you (the App user) and your vendors to facilitate smooth event management. Signature Catering does not use vendor information for any commercial or unrelated purposes.

4. Data Storage & Security

Event and menu data created in the App is stored securely in the connected web panel database, accessible only to authorized users.
We use industry-standard security practices to protect any business-related information entered into the App.
No data is sold or transferred to third parties.

5. Children’s Privacy

The Signature Catering app is designed for use by catering professionals and businesses. It is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. If changes are made, the updated Privacy Policy will be posted within the App and/or on our website, with a revised “Last Updated” date.
