Welcome to Signature Catering (the “App”), owned and operated by Signature Catering (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you (“User”, “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. Use of the App

  • The App is designed as a business management tool for catering companies and professionals.
  • Users may create and manage sales inquiries, build client menus, assign events to vendors, and record vendor attendance.
  • You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all information you enter into the App, including client details, event information, and vendor assignments.
  • You must ensure that you have the right to share any data (such as client or vendor contact information) through the App.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and account.

3. Vendor Communication

  • When you assign a vendor through the App, the vendor will receive messages containing event details (time, date, location,  requirements, attendance link).
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of event details sent to vendors.
  • The Company is not liable for any miscommunication, non-attendance, or disputes between you and your vendors.

4. Data Handling

  • The App allows you to create business-related data (sales inquiries, menus, events, vendor attendance records).
  • All such data remains your property. The Company does not sell or share your business data with third parties.
  • Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle data.

5. Intellectual Property

  • The App, including its design, features, and functionality, is the intellectual property of Signature Catering.
  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for your business purposes.
  • You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
  • We make no guarantees that the App will be free from errors, bugs, or interruptions.
  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signature Catering shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
    • We are not responsible for:
    • Errors in event details entered by users.
    • Vendor availability, performance, or attendance.
    • Loss of data caused by user actions or third-party service interruptions.

8. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.
  • You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted within the App and/or on our website, with the revised “Last Updated” date.

10. Governing Law
